Who We Are
We are a global movement of ordinary people working to solve the climate crisis. We are calling for a deeper transition, one which places energy justice at the beating heart of its values. We are moving forward into the world we want to see, leaving no one behind. We are acting with the urgency the Earth demands of us.
Why 350?
Our name is an important number. It refers to the concentration of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the atmosphere that is considered the safe limit to avoid the worst impacts of climate change: 350 parts per million (ppm). We are currently at 423 ppm: far past the safe limit. Our name is a reminder that our fight to stop this number from increasing further is more important than ever.
